Their duties will include all duties for a Retail Sales Associate (including tagging products interacting with customers scanning items for sale guiding customer interactions on the floor and at the door as assigned) and additional responsibilities such as overseeing receiving new product processing returns opening the team shops and directing the Retail Sales Associates to their respective roles.Our ideal candidate is a detail-oriented and deadline-driven individual with experience supervising a small to medium-size retail store. This role also requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a creative eye for presenting clothing headwear accessories and other game day fan gear.The employee must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work a variable event-driven schedule which includes evenings and weekends. Open availability professional presentation and independent decision-making skills are required.In light of the seasonal and event-driven nature of our business the position will run from now until the end of March with ability to return when event season begins again next Winter.This is a seasonal role from December 8 2025 and will end on March 31 2026.This role pays an hourly rate of $26.00-$27.00This position will remain open until March 31 2026.About the VenueWe are currently looking to appoint a talented and experienced Lead Merchandise Supervisor to oversee and implement merchandising strategies for Salt River Fields the home of the Arizona Diamondbacks and Colorado Rockies Spring Training.ResponsibilitiesOversee the planning and implementation of merchandising strategies to deliver volume and profit goals for the Spring Training seasonCreate eye-catching store layouts that showcase the brand and aesthetic of the teams and companyCoach and manage a team to set up run day-to-day operations and break down the Team Stores on a seasonal basisOversee the receiving of new products pricing ticketing sizing and inventoryTrack inventory movement and systematically introduce promotions sales price changes etc.Interpret sales reports and provide guidance on how to improve figures and customer engagementLift and move merchandise including receiving and restocking merchandise as necessaryAdditional responsibilities as assigned by the General ManagerQualificationsA minimum of five years experience in a supervisorial positionA background in retail marketing and/or design is preferredMust be creative and detail-orientatedMust be able to work and thrive in a high paced high transaction and high energy environmentSelf-motivated friendly professional responsible and dependableRequired to stand crouch kneel lift and/or move up to 40 lbs. and climb ladders as neededAbility to work as a team player to accomplish store sales goalsExceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
