We are one of a select few members of the SERVPRO Global Disaster Recovery Team Program singling us out as one the largest producers of commercial damage restoration in the country and worldwide.QUALIFICATIONS:6 months experience in the Fire and Water restoration industryHave a valid IICRC WRT certification requiredBecause we provide 24-hour emergency services must be willing to be on call occasionallySome night and weekend work is requiredMust be able to lift a minimum of 50 poundsA valid drivers licenseSubject to criminal background checkJOB DESCRIPTION:Explain restoration processes and answer customer questionsMonitor communicate and respond to customer needs/concerns.Communicate clear expectations to Production Technicians and supervise their activitiesPerform production processes as scheduled and ensure quality controlIdentify safety hazards communicate and establish control measures to ensure the safety of occupants and workerManage job file documentation to ensure complete and accurate project detailsManage and control costs of production projectsManage assets by protecting and using equipment and materials properlySERVPRO is an equal-opportunity employer.
