From start to finish you uphold safety and quality standards and ensure accurate documentation on every project.What You DoOversee and perform emergency water extraction demolition and debris removalSet up operate and monitor mitigation and drying equipmentRemediate areas damaged by water fire or moldProvide guidance to crew members while working alongside themEnsure EPA OSHA and local safety compliance including proper PPE useDocument job progress complete sketches humidity/psychrometry records and drying objectivesInspect work as needed for quality safety and complianceMaintain repair and track equipment and consumablesKeep company vehicle stocked clean and ready for useWhat You BringCurrent IICRC certificationHigh school diploma or GED5 years of experience in restoration or constructionValid Drivers LicenseDesire to grow and ownership mentalityUnderstanding of basic job site safetyPhysical Requirements & Environmental ConditionsThe physical demands and work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
