Shift: First Shift (United States of America)Job Description Summary: Job Description: The lead therapist promotes smooth operations prompt and effective response to problems/concerns continued department development and program expansion. This position is also responsible for coordination of interdepartmental functions and activities to ensure smooth and effective operations consistent with the objectives of the department the facility and of the Frazier Rehab Institute.The lead therapist should all demonstrate all competencies and skills of staff therapists. Lead therapist is responsible for the evaluation and treatment of patients referred to the facility. This includes patient evaluation development and implementation of an appropriate treatment plan delivery of treatment services and comprehensive discharge planning.
