Job Description
Seeking a detail-oriented Sr. Process/ Project Engineer to support manufacturing operations through process monitoring troubleshooting and continuous improvement initiatives. This role plays a key part in ensuring safe efficient and high-quality production while driving operational excellence. Eastern NC client offers excellent compensation benefits and relocation package.Responsibilities:Monitor production data and identify trends or variances.Troubleshoot process issues and recommend corrective actions.Lead process improvement projects focused on efficiency cost reduction and product quality.Conduct and document production trials.Review and approve operating procedures process changes and safety analyses.Support quality investigations and provide technical guidance.Train production staff on new and revised procedures.Ensure compliance with safety health environmental and operational policies.Qualifications:BS Engineering degree with 7 years experience as Process/ Project Engineer in process industries including chemicals fibers or related.Requires solid background in process equipment design sizing mass balance heat transfer calculations.Strong analytical problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Ability to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
