Lead Product Manager Technical for Remedy

Key Responsibilities
Owns and drives the platform product roadmap, translating strategic direction into prioritized features and deliverables
Defines and maintains the product backlog in Aha/Jira, ensuring alignment to business priorities, customer needs, and platform strategy
Leads feature definition and grooming, including:
o Writing clear features, user stories and acceptance criteria
o Breaking down complex initiatives into deliverable increments
o Ensuring readiness for development (Definition of Ready)
Prioritizes features and manages trade-offs across scope, timelines, dependencies, and technical constraints
Continuously refines backlog priorities using customer feedback, business input, and runtime performance data
Partners closely with engineering and design to ensure high-quality feature delivery aligned to requirements and user experience expectations
Reviews product demos and validates delivery against acceptance criteria and intended outcomes
Uses data, metrics, and customer insights to inform decisions and optimize feature performance, adoption, and operational health
Engages stakeholders and customers to gather requirements, validate solutions, and align on priorities
Translates complex business and technical needs into clear, actionable product requirements
Identifies opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement through experimentation and data-driven insights
Communicates clearly and concisely with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring visibility into roadmap, priorities, risks, and outcomes
All About You
5+ year experience in a product management role.
Strong communication skills with collaborative approach
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle multiple high-priority demands while driving consistent results
Understanding of ITSM processes

In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. The base salary offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Mastercard benefits for full time (and certain part time) employees generally include: insurance (including medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, disability, life insurance); flexible spending account and health savings account; paid leaves (including 16 weeks of new parent leave and up to 20 days of bereavement leave); 80 hours of Paid Sick and Safe Time, 25 days of vacation time and 5 personal days, pro-rated based on date of hire; 10 annual paid U.S. observed holidays; 401k with a best-in-class company match; deferred compensation for eligible roles; fitness reimbursement or on-site fitness facilities; eligibility for tuition reimbursement; and many more. Pay Ranges
O'Fallon, Missouri: $130,000 - $221,000 USD
