Responsibilities
Lead cross-functional teams across the full product development and deployment project lifecycle for the conceptualization, build, launch, and growth of data products, including data monitoring, data analysis, data insight, and algorithm-related platforms.
Lead stakeholder discussions to define project scope, collect technical and functional business requirements, and write functional and technical specifications to drive design and development discussions.
Prepare and deliver project status information to internal stakeholders using data visualization techniques, ensuring alignment and attention to timeline, risks, resources, and budget.
Define key metrics to track success or prioritize features and translate requirements of large data initiatives into smaller actionable items.
Drive continuous product development, innovation, improvement, and optimization.
Mentor junior and mid-level team members.
Qualifications
Must have a Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Digital Media Technology, Data Science, Data Analytics, Mathematics, or a related field, and 3 years of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Digital Media Technology, Data Science, Data Analytics, Mathematics, or a related field, and 5 years of post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience.
Of the required experience, must have 3 years of experience in each of the following: Project management, including collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement data-driven business strategies; Analyzing data, building and maintaining datasets, and creating dashboards for product planning and marketing; Product management, including coordinating cross-functional teams for product and growth strategy, competitive positioning, ROI estimate, and revenue generation; Designing, maintaining, and managing product roadmaps across stakeholders, including defining KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and success metrics using OKRs (Objectives and Key Results); and Using Excel, Tableau, Adobe Analytics, Looker, SQL, Python, or R to derive data relationships, insights and monitor KPIs.
Travel Requirement: Domestic travel required up to 5%.

Salary Range: $228000 - $396000 per year
