Production Lead executes excellent weekend service along with building developing and caring for a volunteer team.LOCATION: CoronaHOURS: 25 per week- Tuesday: Campus Engagement/ work day (1 hrs)- Wednesdays Youth Program (4-5 hrs)- Thursday: Weekend Programming Huddle and Rehearsal (6 hrs)- Sunday: Weekend Services set up and running of services (7 hrs)- Misc: Prepare invest in team learn etc (6 hrs)SUPERVISOR: Campus Pastor: Bret MaxwellJOB DESCRIPTIONExecute Excellent Weekend ServiceCoordinate with campus leadership and worship leader to determine details of servicePrepare all production environments before services by setting up systems activating lights and music and running equipment checks.Hold a pre-service runthrough meeting with Worship and Production teamsOversee a team to execute a comprehensive and dynamic weekend servicesShut down equipment at the end of servicesEnsure all production and backstage spaces are cleaned and reset after services.Fill out and submit Weekend Eval before Monday @ 10amBuild Develop and Care For a Volunteer TeamRecruit volunteers to serve on the production teamEquip the team to do the work of ministryTrain team members to execute services with excellence on the various positionsDevelop a core team of leaders who lead and coach the students for midweek programmingEmpower and release the core team of leaders to lead in their respective spacesand keep younger volunteers off their phones and computer games and on taskCare and pray for the volunteers on the teamLead Yourself WellPursue training opportunities to further your skills and knowledge in production â Pursue leadership training as you learn to leadCreate healthy spiritual rhythmsAttend at least one adult service a weekBe part of a discipleship group here at Sandals ChurchCORE VALUES1.
