Youll have an opportunity to play a key role in our companys growth initiatives on our Financial Cores Team.What Youll DoProvide thought leadership in evolution of our test automation frameworks from the ground up into a continuous integration continuous deployment and continuous delivery modelOwn and deliver test automation scripts in service to our core revenue offering product featuresProvide oversight through code and design reviews for features delivered by other engineers within their scrum teamUse your seasoned modern-day engineering methodologies to help drive testing and coordinate with scrum team and functional counterparts in overseeing bug tracking test prioritization test automation and releaseProactively push for testing workflow automationSupport production troubleshootingLead testing efforts for medium to large size projects. Full ownership of system/component /end to end quality from development to productionOwn and promote testing best practicesDrive definition and implementation of key quality metrics (test coverage test reliability defects etc) for productAbout You8 years of test automation experience and bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science or related field; or equivalent work experienceExperience writing test automation scripts in JavaScript and Java programming languagesProficiency in programming languages such as Java JavaScript and PythonExperience in CICD methodologies and toolsExpertise in third party software integration and testingExperience testing RESTful API applications and Web ServicesHands-on experience and familiarity with test frameworks and toolsExperience with designing test cases and test scenarios to test softwareStrong knowledge of SQL and experience working with relational databases such as MySQL Oracle or PostgreSQLExperience in working with distributed systems understanding of micro services and web architectures strong debugging and analytical skills and strong problem-solving skillsAbility to communicate technical information in a clear and concise manner and coordinate cross-team effortsWork Location San FranciscoThe above locations are eligible offices for this locations have been determined to foster in-person collaboration with this roles team or the related business lines. We utilize a hybrid work model and our teams are in-office Tuesdays Wednesdays and -person attendance is essential for this roles success and remote placement will not be offers relocation based on actual job level. Time Zone Requirements Primarily PTWhile the position will primarily work local hours LendingClub is headquartered in Pacific Time and our ideal candidate will be flexible working across time zones when necessary.Travel Requirements As needed travel to LendingClub offices and/or other locations as needed. Compensation The target base salary range for this position is 00. The base salary of the role will be determined by job-related knowledge experience education skills and location. Base salary is just one part of LendingClubs Total Rewards package.
