If you thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and enjoy working as part of a dynamic, collaborative team, this opportunity could be the perfect fit for you.Qualifications:3+ years of experience in a high-volume manufacturing environmentMinimum of 2 years of experience in Quality ControlBilingual skills preferredStrong attention to detail with solid analytical and problem-solving abilitiesKnowledge of golf club components and assembly is highly preferredProficient in the use of small gauges, test instruments, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Strong foundational math and computer skillsAbility to lift and carry up to 25 poundsComfortable standing, walking, bending, and reaching for extended periodsAbility to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures and noise levelsExperience operating a pallet jackAbility to travel as needed (less than 5%)Key Responsibilities:Perform incoming inspections of raw materials according to quality assurance guidelinesCollect and record inspection data to evaluate supplier performanceManage material flow from receiving through inspection to warehouse putawayDisposition materials per quality standards and maintain accurate records in the WMSPerform visual inspections of Pilot Run samples and provide critical feedback to the Development TeamVerify product features for specification compliance and visual accuracyTrain and support colleagues to strengthen the Quality Assurance functionCollaborate with the Returns Team to manage credit return claims and returned inventoryMaintain equipment and tools in good working orderReport on key process performance indicators (KPIs)Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a safe, clean work environmentCompensation and Benefits:Hiring range: $18.70 – $29.90 per hour, plus bonus and benefitsPay may vary depending on experience, skills, and other job-related factorsComprehensive benefits package availableWe are proud to be an equal opportunity employer, committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
