This role sits within and will work across the Process Industrialization team to build quality into the manufacturing process; ensuring process capability targets can be measured met deployed and utilized for problem solving prior to and in production. Build product quality processes to measure meet and deploy critical to quality product needs. And this role will also support creating maintaining and executing the standard around qualifications.Job DescriptionWhat youll do Develop process quality and product quality techniques and implement across industrialization effortsUtilize in-depth knowledge of technical disciplines analytical thinking and technical experience to execute policy/strategy and roadmap initiativesExecute on new product introductions part and technology transfers new process introductions and strategic plant and equipment investments; inclusive of lead time technology selection tooling fixturing programming quality plan and run-off of initial production setsExecute the qualifications of new products and processes enabling a successful hand-off to the production teamMonitor initial process capabilities and problem solve shortcomings from expectationManage project timelines to meet customer needs with a strong focus on safety process capability qualifications and product qualityEngineering standardizing and optimizing manufacturing processesMaintain and improve process documentation and facilitate best practice sharing across the siteParticipate in early design reviews for manufacturabilityWhat youll bring (Basic Qualifications)Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college OR a High School Diploma / GED with at least 4 years of manufacturing & process development experienceMinimum of 4 additional years of experience in Production Process and EquipmentStrong mathematical skills with statistical acumenAbility and desire to work on site in a manufacturing environmentThis role is restricted to U.S. persons (i.e. U.S. citizens permanent residents and other protected individuals under the Immigration and Naturalization Act 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)) due to access to export-controlled technology. Relocation Assistance Provided: YesFor candidates applying to a U.S. based position the pay range for this position is between $81700.00 and $136700.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110% 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
