Job DescriptionJob DescriptionSalary: $20-$261.Supervising and Training Other RBTsMentoringand providing guidance to less experienced RBTs.Conducting training sessionsfor new RBTs on procedures, protocols, and ethical standards.Evaluating the performanceof other RBTs and providing feedback.Helping other RBTstroubleshoot cases when they encounter difficulties or challenges.2.Collaborating with SupervisorsAssisting BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) or BCaBA (Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst)in developing and reviewing behavior intervention plans (BIPs).Providing input on client progressto the supervisory team, especially on complex or challenging cases.Serving as a liaisonbetween BCBAs and other RBTs or team members, facilitating communication.3.Managing Case ImplementationOverseeing the implementationof treatment plans across multiple clients or cases.Ensuring consistencyin the delivery of interventions by other RBTs.Tracking client progressand making suggestions for adjustments to treatment as needed.Collecting and reviewing datato ensure that interventions are effective.4.Conducting Assessments and ObservationsConducting more in-depth client assessments(e.g., functional behavior assessments, preference assessments) with oversight from a BCBA.Observing client sessionsand providing feedback or adjustments to improve the intervention.Monitoring and reporting on specific behavioral goalsor milestones.5.Handling Complex CasesManaging more challenging or high-needs caseswhere greater experience or leadership is required.Providing specialized intervention strategiesfor difficult behaviors or situations.Developing and implementing behavior management strategiesfor crisis situations or emergency interventions (if applicable).6.Documentation and ReportingCompleting more detailed or complex reportsrelated to client progress and session notes.Documenting staff performanceand providing input for evaluations of other RBTs.Creating and maintaining recordsfor compliance with ethical guidelines, company standards, and regulatory requirements.7.Quality Assurance and Program ImprovementEnsuring high-quality service deliveryby reviewing the work of other RBTs and identifying areas for improvement.Monitoring client satisfactionor family feedback and working with supervisors to address any concerns.Participating in or leading team meetingsto discuss case progress, staff development, and best practices.8.Lead in Crisis ManagementTaking the lead in managing crisis situationsinvolving clients, using de-escalation strategies or other interventions.Providing guidanceon how to safely and effectively respond to behavioral crises.These duties typically require more experience, leadership skills, and a deeper understanding of behavior analysis principles. Lead RBTs often serve as a resource for non-lead RBTs, helping to improve overall team performance and the quality of care provided to clients.RBTCertification RequiredRegisteredBehaviorTechnicians work with individuals of all ages to help improve their lives and their ability tointeract with those around them. The RBT will be responsible for observing the individual's interactions with various environments to identify social and behavioral issues, such as self-injury or aggression. The RBT will be responsible for direct observation, collecting data and providing training and support to team members.Responsibilities:Observe individuals in home, school and clinic settings.Assist with assessments to report to BCBA.Provide training and support to team membersComplete on-going assessment of services.Collect, record, and summarize data on observable clientbehavior.Assist with parent and caregiver training in line with client's individualized treatment andbehaviorreduction protocols.Effectively communicate client progress.Maintain client confidentiality.Collaborate with treatment team including client, parents and caregivers, outside professionals.Maintain and acquire technical knowledge by attending required training.Qualifications:Completion ofRegisteredBehaviorTechnician(RBT) certificate.Valid driver's license with your own transportation.Excellent verbal and report writing skills.Strong time management, problem solving and organizational skills.The ability to remain composed and adherent to best practices.The ability to pass drug screen, background and reference checks.Physical Working Conditions:Ability to bend, kneel, crouch, and spend time standing as well as an ability to lift items up to 50 lbsEndurance to move quickly from a seated position to a standing position to accommodate the treatment plan and/ or for the safety of the patientRequires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity enough to operate office equipment, etc.
