The Leadership Team are the daily operational leaders and direct supervisors of the Mad River Tubing activities. Members of the Leadership Team are responsible for the operational direction of Mad River Tubing including but not limited to: staffing, facility readiness, equipment maintenance, opening and closing procedures, guest experience etc. They will be responsible for directly monitoring the quality of overall activity operations, with a focus on safety, service, and will make adjustments to the operation as needed to ensure exceptional service/experience delivery. The Leadership Team is responsible for ensuring all aspects of operations are in alignment with department, resort, and company goals.
