Lead Restoration Tech - On-Site in Stevens Point, WI - $24-28/hour
We are hiring for a Lead Restoration Technician with our Stevens Point client! Candidates must have previous Restoration experience.
Will be responsible for providing leadership and oversight on restoration and cleaning jobs while supporting Production Manager and the estimating process. Will perform and oversee:
  • Water damage restoration and extraction
  • Fire and smoke damage cleaning
  • Mold remediation
  • Cleaning contents, pack-outs and storage of contents
  • Structural cleaning and demo
  • Proper set up, monitoring and removal of restoration equipment
  • Job-site safety, cleanliness and professionalism
  • Utilize industry best practices to protect customer property
  • Estimating and Documentation support
  • Assisting with job-site inspections and documentation
  • Communicating professionally with customers on-site
  • Assisting with emergency response and on-call rotation

Hours are generally 8am-4:30pm, Monday-Friday; with an on-call rotation. This opportunity pays $24-28/hour; wage may be negotiable based on experience.
  • At least 2 years of previous experience in restoration and/or cleaning services
  • Experience in water, fire, mold and contents restoration strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of construction and building
  • Ability to lift 80 lbs
  • Comfort working in fast-paced, emergency response environments
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Xactimate experience a plus
  • IICRC certification, or desire and ability to obtain within 6 months of hire
  • Valid driver license
  • Proven leadership abilities
Criminal Background check and Driving Record check will be conducted on final candidate
