As the primary employee interacting with our patrons you have the power to leave a lasting impression. Your shared goal is to guide our patrons to fully enjoy their experience gain knowledge of our products and other cannabis accessories and ultimately return to our establishments in the future. You also play a crucial role in maintaining functionality efficiency and fluidity throughout the store and among all levels of SSFC staff the corporate team vendors and others.Essential duties and responsibilities:To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.All Front Desk Associate duties and responsibilitiesPatient intake (Dual-use and medical licensed locations only)Greet and assist customers vendors and visitors in a friendly and helpful manner following check-in protocolProper phone and email etiquetteComplete knowledge of our Silver Seeds membership program and its benefitsComplete understanding of our Primary Patient Program and its benefitsUnderstand and fully utilize SSFCs Point of Sale (POS) system FlowhubOpening and Closing proceduresAccurately handle cash transactions and maintain a balanced cash registerMaintain a clean and organized work environmentAdding products into virtual shopping carts in the POS and adhering to state-mandated daily sales limitProvide product recommendations and educate customers on cannabis productsAdhere to all state and local regulations regarding the sale of cannabis productsAdhere to SSFC policies and proceduresAssist with the completion of daily store operationsAssist with daily inventory audit proceduresMaintaining knowledge of company security requirementsEssential qualifications:Must be 21 years of age or olderExcellent customer service and communication skillsKnowledge of different cannabis strains and productsExperience working in a retail or customer service environmentAbility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environmentKnowledge of essential computer functions and ability to learn how to use various software and programsGood written and verbal communication skillsMust have obtained a valid Employee Badge from the Colorado Marijuana Enforcement Division before the date of hireMust be able to lift up to 25 lbs. individuallyMust be able to sit stand stoop crouch reach and lift for long periods** Reasonable accommodation(s) may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions**Required Experience:IC Key Skills Administrative Skills,Facilities Management,Biotechnology,Creative Production,Design And Estimation,Architecture Employment Type : Hourly Experience: years Vacancy: 1 Hourly Salary Salary: 18 - 19
