Job SummaryProvides support to the Clinical Education Department in the Office of Academic Affairs in the College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific. Assists the Senior Manager Associate Director and Associate Dean of Clinical Education by ensuring that OMSIII /IV meet all graduation requirements. Maintains contact with sites provides information to and receives feedback from students sites preceptors and faculty. Provides direction and training for Rotation Coordinators. Assumes managerial role in absence of the Senior Manager and/or Associate Director and/ or Associate Dean of the Clinical Education department.Required QualificationsMinimum Education: AA degree and/or combined experience/education as substitute for minimum education Minimum Experience: 2-3 years clerical office experienceRequired Experience:IC Key Skills Administrative Skills,Facilities Management,Biotechnology,Creative Production,Design And Estimation,Architecture Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
