Position Overview

We're looking for a skilled, motivated HVAC Technician to perform residential heating, cooling, and air quality service, maintenance, and installations. The ideal candidate is dependable, customer focused, and takes pride in delivering high quality work.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems

• Perform system tune ups, inspections, and safety checks

• Install furnaces, air conditioners, air handlers, thermostats, and IAQ products

• Communicate clearly with customers about findings and recommended solutions

• Provide exceptional customer service and represent the company with professionalism

• Maintain accurate job notes, invoices, and documentation

• Follow all safety standards, codes, and company procedures

• Participate in ongoing training and skill development

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years of HVAC service or installation experience (preferred)

• EPA Certification required (or ability to obtain)

• Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in attics, basements, and crawl spaces

• Excellent communication and customer service mindset

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
