The exact amount of base salary may vary based on experience and skills brought to the role.Check out a video about the position on YouTube!What Youll DoAs a warehouse lead associate youre key to directing the day-to-day warehouse activities in the distribution center including picking packing and loading of customer orders and transfers. Youll work in a positive fast-paced environment with a supportive team.You willDirect and perform a variety of warehousing duties such as loading unloading checking stocking order picking and shipping of material.Monitor and verify the accuracy of incoming and outbound shipments by checking items and quantities against picking documents or packing slip documents.Ensure that all customer orders and branch transfers are filled packaged loaded and delivered correctly and on schedule. Monitor placement of merchandise into stock for correct location: proper slotted location of new product.Monitor equipment maintenance and housekeeping. Shares information concerning best practices procedures and policies to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
