Lead Sign Installer / Foreman (Exp. Required) at Billings Sign Service

We are seeking an experienced sign installer with the knowledge and skills to lead a team of about 7 guys. _ QUALIFICATIONS: _ More than 5 years hands on experience installing various types of signs Sign types include: channel letters, pylon signs (foundation, etc) and the like Experience Leading a Team Extensive knowledge on sign install and service work CDL is not required but highly preferred Willingness to travel out of town for jobs, if needed_ SKILLS: _ Clear communication with clients, project managers, and team members regarding installation details and potential challenges Organized Adaptability Strong attention to detail Team oriented Ability to lead a team by words and actions Highly motivated Customer service mentality Assure projects are finished on time and to quality standards Ability to lift 50lbs Comfortable with heights up to 110' Familiarity with OSHA safety_ RESPONSIBILITIES: _ Lead and further educate the team of installers/techs Dispatch the installers on their daily tasks Complete installations/service (including but not limited to)NOTE: We do have an employee who will take care of the purchasing, assist with project managing, truck maintenance, etc._ BENEFITS: _ PTO after one year Health insurance (60 day probation period) 401K matching _ Performance Based Compensation _-Drama-Free Workplace-Drug Free & Alcohol Free Workplace Pay is based on Experience Work RemotelyNoJob Type: Full-timePay: From $60,000.00 per yearBenefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Health insurance Life insurance Paid time offApplication Question(s): Do you have a current/up to date CDL license?Experience: sign service/installation: 5 years (Required)License/Certification: Driver's License (Required)Work Location: In person
