Our TeamAs a Lead Software Engineer in the Product Catalog Domain you will join a motivated team focused on building the next generation platform to deliver on Cimpress number one strategic priority. The squad you will join owns the core product modeling technology powering the Mass Customization Platform including an array of microservices deployed on AWS a set of proprietary data modeling algorithms and a handful of debugging & visualization UI tools. We are looking for engineers who are eager to work on complex problems and build scalable services. If you arent familiar with some of this dont worry - there will be plenty of learning opportunities available. What You Will Do:Make hands-on contributions to design build and maintain services and customer experiences that support and grow the Mass Customization Platform.Guide the growth and development of a team of engineers through mentorship and performance managementCollaborate closely with product owners business stakeholders UX and data analysts to overcome complex challenges with innovative technical solutionsWrite Javascript/Typescript APIs that are deployed on AWS using KubernetesBuild intuitive UIs with which clients will configure their fulfillment networking dataDesign RESTful APIs to help power eCommerce businesses across the worldArchitect solutions alongside a highly collaborative team of engineersYour Qualifications: At Cimpress we value the experiences that individual team members add to our culture.
