Youll be at the intersection of product engineering and customer success helping developers and enterprise partners design and implement powerful applications on top of NexHealths Synchronizer API.This role is ideal for someone who thrives on solving complex technical problems enjoys working directly with customers and is excited to shape how real-time healthcare data can unlock innovation across the ecosystem. Youll act as the bridge between our technology and our customers goals ensuring every integration is both technically sound and strategically impactful.Youll collaborate with Product and Engineering to translate customer feedback into product improvements guide developers in building scalable solutions and ensure our partners extract maximum value from our platform. If youre passionate about APIs developer experience and building the infrastructure for modern healthcare this is your opportunity to make an outsized impact.What Youll DoBe the subject-matter expert on NexHealths Synchronizer API advising prospects and customers on architecture data modeling integration patterns reliability and performance best practices.Partner with Account Executives during pre-sales cycles to understand customer workflows uncover technical requirements design integration strategies and clearly articulate how our platform solves their challenges.Guide customers through implementation by providing hands-on technical support reviewing API usage troubleshooting issues and ensuring integrations are secure scalable and production-ready.Create clear actionable technical resources such as integration guides reference architectures prototype apps sample code SDK examples and demo environments to help developers self-serve and accelerate time to value.Translate complex technical concepts into concise accessible explanations tailored to both technical and non-technical audiences including engineers product leaders and operational stakeholders.Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Engineering and Customer Success to surface customer insights influence product roadmaps improve API usability and help refine documentation and developer experience.Act as a trusted technical advisor post-launch by monitoring integration performance helping optimize throughput and reliability and ensuring long-term success through best practices and proactive guidance.What Youll BringTechnical expertise: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
