DescriptionWhat you will do:Effectively assist and manage the day-to-day activities and business levels of the sports book: scheduling training and mentoring staff and fostering an environment focused on high performance compliance and excellent customer serviceAct as an ambassador for the property to help promote sports wagering via our kiosks and mobile platformsManage all aspects of our sports betting equipmentDemonstrate leadership and ensure operational effectivenessEnsure all customers (whether regular or infrequent) are made to feel welcome by all team members alwaysEnsure betting control guidelines are adhered to within the sports bookFoster an environment focused on customer service and complianceDevelop skills and knowledge of the sports book teamEstablish and maintain effective and professional working relationships with internal and external contactsPromote a positive image for William Hill within the industry and communityEnsure completion of semi-weekly cash count is conducted every Monday and FridayComplete exception reports issued by auditEnforce all company policies and proceduresCollaborate with Sportsbook Manager on coaching employees when not meeting company expectationsAddress customer complaintsAdditional duties as assignedWhat you will need:Must be able to work independently with minimal supervisionMust be confident in ones ability to assess situations and make informed decisionsGood interpersonal communication skillsAbility to manage relationshipsStrong problem-solving skillsAbility to manage a diverse range of activities and effectively prioritize responsibilitiesRequired Experience:Manager Key Skills Abinitio,Administration And Accounting,Android,Bid Management,Inventory Management,Embedded C Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
