Lead Supplier Program Management SpecialistCompany:The Boeing CompanyBoeings Indirect Supply Chain (ISC) organization is seeking a Lead Supplier Program Management Specialist to join the Factory Production & Site Services (FP&SS) team in Everett WA or Seattle WA.This position plays a key role in driving supplier performance excellence and supporting critical production and site service operations across Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA).The FP&SS team is responsible for procuring tooling capital equipment automated systems factory consumables construction and site services. This role primarily supports internal business partners at BCA sites focusing on capital equipment and automated system projects. The position requires onsite support at Boeing locations particularly in Everett and Renton.Position Responsibilities:Oversee technical and business guidance to critical suppliers and programsLead strategic supply chain activities to manage work with suppliers and programsManage all aspects of supplier and stakeholder relationships and performance throughout all contract phasesLead supplier assessments and the development of recovery plans corrective and preventative actionsLead the development of company or business unit procurement strategiesProvide oversight guidance and verification of work movement projectsCommunicate supplier and organization performance plans risks issues and opportunities to stakeholdersManage work movement planBasic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):10 years of experience developing & maintaining relationships and partnerships with senior executives customers stakeholders peers and business partners10 years of experience in supplier management and/or supply chain management and/or contracts10 years of experience in project managementPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):10 years of experience mentoring coaching and consulting on best practices10 years of experience managing supplier performance and developing/implementing performance improvement plans10 years of experience with data analyticsExperience with/knowledge of capital equipment and/or automated systemsDrug Free Workplace:Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace (DFW) where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana cocaine opioids amphetamines PCP and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policiesPay & Benefits:At Boeing we strive to deliver a Total Rewards package that will attract engage and retain the top talent.
