Job Description
We are seeking 3 reliable and positive lead teachers. One will work with our youngest toddlers (12 months - 2 years). One will work with our middle toddlers (15 months - 2.5) and the other will lead our Junior Preschool (2.5 years - 4 years). Two of the openings will start in January, but could shadow earlier. The other room is open NOW.*What You'll Do:** Lead a dynamic, hands-on classroom environment that fosters creativity, social skills, and cognitive development.* Plan and implement engaging activities that cater to the developmental needs of children ages 2 weeks to 2.5+ years.* Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and staff.* Support children's growth through positive reinforcement, encouragement, and gentle guidance.* Create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing classroom atmosphere where every child feels valued.* Collaborate with a team of passionate educators to continually improve our programs and make learning exciting!*What We’re Looking For:** A passion for early childhood education and a desire to inspire young minds.* Experience in a childcare or educational setting (preferred, but not required—training will be provided!).* Creativity, energy, and enthusiasm that helps create a fun, positive environment.* Strong communication skills and the ability to build meaningful connections with children and families.* A flexible mindset – we understand that every day can bring something new!* A commitment to fostering an inclusive, diverse environment where every child can thrive.*Why You’ll Love Working Here:** *Flexible Hours:* We offer a variety of scheduling options that work with your lifestyle.
