Job DescriptionJob DescriptionLead Teacher-TEACHER'S!! KiddyCity Daycare have a full time position available. This position would assist with early childhood education to our currently enrolled Preschool 1 students. Qualified individual must possess a high school diploma and have at least 6 -12 months of childcare experience. Early childhood education is a plus. Interested candidate should email KiddyCity Daycare. Hours of position are 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. M-F.Duties:- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum for preschool children- Create engaging lesson plans that incorporate various subjects such as math, language arts, science, and physical education- Provide a nurturing and supportive environment for children to learn and grow- Utilize behavioral health strategies to address any challenging behaviors in the classroom- Monitor and assess the progress of each child, providing individualized attention and support as needed- Maintain open communication with Directors, providing regular updates on their child's development- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in the classroomExperience:- Previous experience working with children in a childcare or educational setting- Strong knowledge of early childhood development principles and practices- Experience in curriculum development and lesson planning- Familiarity with behavioral health strategies for managing challenging behaviors in young children- Ability to effectively communicate with children, parents, and other staff members- Experience in working with children who may require early intervention servicesWe offer competitive compensation and benefits packages.
