We are currently seeking passionate, qualified Lead Teachers to join our team and make a lasting impact on our young learners.Position SummaryThe Lead Teacher will be responsible for planning and implementing a developmentally appropriate curriculum for children ages 2.5 to 4 years old. The teacher will lead a classroom with the support of one or two teaching aides and will ensure that all learning experiences align with best practices in early childhood education.Key Responsibilities Develop and implement daily lesson plans that support early learning goals and align with developmental milestones. Foster a warm, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment. Supervise and guide classroom aides to ensure consistent, high-quality instruction and care. Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and administrators regarding childrens progress and needs. Maintain compliance with all licensing, safety, and center policies. Observe and document childrens developmental progress. Create and maintain an organized, safe, and stimulating classroom environment.QualificationsRequired Education: Associates or Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or a closely related field.Applicants without the required education will not be considered.Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience teaching or leading a classroom with children ages 2.54 years old.Additional Requirements: Strong classroom management and leadership skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to collaborate with other staff members in a team-oriented environment.
