Synthesize complex program data into actionable insights for senior leadership.Oversee program budgets track expenditures and support financial planning and forecasting. Ensure alignment with organizational financial goals and compliance with internal controls.Craft clear messages and compelling communications for internal and external audiences. Support the Chief Business Technologist in preparing executive updates announcements and strategic messaging.Liaise between the Chief Business Technologist and key stakeholders ensuring timely information flow and alignment on priorities.Streamline program management processes identify operational efficiencies and implement best practices to support the organizations initiatives.Monitor and track program risks and issues escalate critical items and support resolution efforts to minimize impact on business objectives.Plan organize and facilitate key meetings workshops and events. Prepare agendas track action items and ensure follow-through.Maintain accurate records of program activities decisions and communications.
