Enjoy more flexibility and control over your finances.OPEN POSITIONS:ASSISTANT TEACHER– $16.43/hourMinimum Qualifications:Must be 18 years of age or olderHS Diploma/GED1 year experience working with children under 13LEAD TODDLER & INFANT TEACHER – $19.57/hourMinimum Qualifications:Associate’s degree, Child Development Associate Credential, or 9 college credits with plan of study leading to degree/CDA2 years experience with children under 131 year supervisory experienceADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS (ALL POSITIONS):Maintain 30 hours of childcare-related training every 2 yearsTuberculosis (TB) Test and physician’s clearance to work in childcareBasic computer skills, with strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to relate to diverse groups in the communityChild Abuse Prevention (Supervisory Staff), CPR, First Aid, AED, Bloodborne Pathogens trainings (completed within 30 days of hire)WORK SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday: 8 hours shifts between 8:00am - 5:30pmFull Time at 40 hours per weekFULL TIME BENEFITS:Family YMCA Membership, Health, Dental, Y Retirement, generous PTO plan, Paid Sick Leave, and more!
