As a Lead Toddler Teacher, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of young children and help them develop a love for learning in a nurturing and supportive environment.Responsibilities:Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and lesson plansProvide a safe and stimulating environment for children to learn and growEstablish and maintain positive relationships with children, parents, and staffObserve and assess children's development and progressCommunicate effectively with parents about their child's day and progressRequirements:Minimum of 2 years of experience in a preschool settingAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field, or Child Development Associate (CDA)Valid CPR and First Aid certificationExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsPassion for working with young children and fostering their developmentAbout Us:Cornerstone Preschool and Childcare has been providing high-quality early childhood education and care since 2018.
