Lead Warehouse Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Warehouse Worker to join our team on the 3rd Shift from 9:30pm to 6:30am. You will act as the backup team lead and work closely with our team lead to ensure smooth operations in our warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Act as the backup team lead during the shift.
• Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
• Operate a stand-up forklift (experience preferred but not required).
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Follow safety protocols, including wearing steel toe or composite safety shoes.
• Handle valves, gears, and bearings in the distribution center.

Essential Skills

• 3+ years of warehouse experience.
• Experience with picking and packing.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Ability to follow safety protocols including wearing steel toe or composite shoes.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with inventory management and production.
• Previous experience working with valves, gears, and bearings is a plus.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Strongsville, OH.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.50 - $23.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
