2nd Shift 2:00pm - 10:00pm

Pay:

$22.24

What Will You Do?

In order to grow and build a successful career with Exmark, you will be responsible for:

  • Set-up and operate weld equipment to weld all types of materials and products as required for Lean implementation.
  • Fabricate equipment to meet lean implementation developed from concepts, sketches, and blue prints.
  • Ability to apply lean methodologies such as Muda Hunt, 5S, 5 Whys, etc.
  • Perform project management relating to time, material resources, and team environments.
  • Identify and apply Lean methodologies to ensure processes are scientifically controlled and continuously improved.
  • Ability to run the Mill, Lathe and Horizontal saw.
  • Must be familiar with electrical, hydraulics and pneumatics.
  • Other duties may be assigned by supervisor.

What Do You Need?

  • Knows all adjustments to the welding equipment for specific applications.
  • Understands all safety procedures and adjustments to metal cutting and grinding equipment.
  • Fabrication skills relating to metal working and equipment assembly.
  • Basic understanding of welded material structural properties.
  • Ability to hold specific tolerances.
  • Can read and interpret sketches and blueprints.
  • Basic knowledge of lean principles.
  • Good interpersonal skills, and work well with all employees.
  • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Welding training required. Must be able to pass entry level production welding test approved by the Quality Manager.
