We are hiring Second in Command Pilots to support our 30 series aircraft under a partnership with the U.S. Navy in Newport News, Va. The chosen candidate will be supporting scheduled missions, primarily based out of Newport News, VA with occasional OCONUS (Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, Australia, NATO, etc.) deployments of up to 30 to 60 days. All of our missions bring a dynamic work-home life balance with flexible scheduling options available. Each candidate selected must be able to attend pre-flight briefings and post-flight debriefings as necessary for each mission.Qualifications (Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Certifications/Licenses):MUST BE of U.S. Citizenship for candidate consideration to this specific U.S. Government location.MUST have a Valid US Passport.Possess an active Secret Level - Security Clearance (Preferred) OR ability to obtain clearance after hire.Second In Command / Commercial, Instruments, & Multi Engine - 1000+ hours.Must be able to attend pre-flight briefings and post-flight debriefings as necessary for each mission.Prior Military experience is highly preferred, not required; preference given to tactical aircraft experience.Experience with Target Banner Towing, Stand-Off Jamming, and Electronic Attack - preferred, but not required.Highly knowledgeable of the General Operations Manual, FAA Regulations, Operations. Specifications, Flight Manuals, for the assigned aircraftTarget & Banner Towing (Preferred, not required, will train).Stand-Off Jamming (Preferred, not required, will train).Electronic Attack Preferred (Preferred, not required, will train) FAA First Class Medical Certificate.Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.MUST maintain a second-class FAA Flight Medical or greater.Annual Training Provided: (Subject to Change):Annual Lear Jet Recurrent Training Semi-Annual Training EWO Formation Target/Tow.Benefits:We offer the ideal candidate the opportunity to be part of a progressive organization and provide a competitive compensation and benefits package.Competitive Pay Health Benefits including medical, dental, vision & legal.
