Learning and Talent Development Internship, Summer 2026 at The Superior Group

Position:Learning and Talent Development InternLocation: Columbus OhioSalary Rate: $25 per hourSuperior is looking for highly motivated and energetic students to participate in our internship program during the Summer 2026 term (May August). When you join Superior you join a national leader in electrical design and addition to your day-to-day responsibilities we provide our interns with lunch-and-learns leadership training career prep unique jobsite visits and beyond.Under the guidance of our Learning and Talent Development team youll work with departments across the organization to develop training materials and programs. This role is based at our headquarters in Columbus Ohio.Key ResponsibilitiesHelp support various forms of onboarding orientation and skills training for TSG employeesSupport leadership program activitiesProvide basic technical support and customer service to TSG team membersParticipate in team meetings to identify training opportunitiesHelp support with learning initiatives aligned with department career pathwaysAssist with deploying online content and coordinating in-person trainingSupport construction and safety training effortsHelp create visual audio and interactive learning toolsAssist with designing content to optimize learning outcomesYour Character TraitsYoure a great communicator a team player and ready to work with colleagues across different teamsStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectivelyExcellent communication skills both written and verbal Enthusiasm for learning and a passion for talent developmentYou have a get-it-done mentality and are ready to support with whatever is neededEducation Required: You must be currently enrolled at an accredited college or university pursuing a degree in Human Resources Business Administration Graphic Digital Instructional Design or related fieldAbout The Superior Group (Superior)Superior is a national leader in electrical design and construction.
