The ideal candidate is a strong communicator relationship-builder and facilitator who can deliver impactful training both in-person and virtually. You should be comfortable traveling across Texas to support training initiatives and enjoy designing learning that directly supports organizational goals.Whats In It for You:A meaningful role where youll shape learning experiences across the entire credit unionOpportunities to create training content and facilitate programs from frontline to executive levelHit the road across Texas! Traveling from HQ to branches statewidespreading skills building confidence and fueling successA supportive team environment that values growth innovation and collaborationCompetitive benefits professional development resources and opportunities for career advancementBasics:Status: Full-Time Exempt.Schedule: MondayFriday 8:00 AM5:00 PM.Flexibility required - Extended hours based on company needs.Travel: 3040% throughout the state to branches training sites and events.Position is primarily based at HQ in Austin TX.Key Responsibilities:Deliver engaging in-person and virtual training sessions workshops and presentationsFacilitate learning for team members at all levels using strong verbal visual and instructional communicationBuild partnerships across the organization to promote collaboration and ensure successful L&D initiativesEncourage active learner participation and support the transfer of knowledge and skillsProvide backup support for the Learning Management System (LMS)Design low- to medium-complexity training solutionsSupport project management activities and coordinate training schedules registration and logisticsHandle moderately complex issues under general supervisionSupport compliance requirements including BSA AML and annual training assignmentsPerform additional L&D duties as assignedOther DutiesAssist with documentation reporting and learner data trackingProvide administrative support during major training initiatives and eventsMaintain professional knowledge through assigned career development trainingUphold credit union policies procedures and member-centric standardsQualifications : Required:Skills: Strong communication (written and verbal) facilitation skills instructional design exposure general tech fluency and digital content creationExperience: 2 years in Learning & Development or Human ResourcesEducation: High school diploma or equivalentLicensure: Valid Texas Drivers License and insurable driving record (required for regular statewide travel)Preferred:Education: Bachelors degree in Education & Training Human Resources or related fieldExperience: Credit union or banking experienceAdditional Information : All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.Remote Work : NoEmployment Type : Full-time Key Skills Aerospace Engineering,Data Entry,Business Management,Flexcube,Contract Experience: years Vacancy: 1
