Maintain Client Accepted Service Training (FAST) program course list for technician training equivalency. Triage Client Technical Training Report-A-Problem concerns related to systems issuesResponsibilitiesNorth American Standard Training and Resource System (STARS) Administrator - tasks include creating/maintaining training planners activating courses and setting due dates triaging STARS issues with STARS IT Development Team coordinating with Learning Management System (LMS) provider to discuss needs/concerns and review training courses to provide feedback to Content Development TeamPartners with others across the enterprise to leverage resources common processes and technologies for greater efficiency for ClientAssist with training vehicle orderingAssist with tool and equipment ordering for training centersAssist in future LMS migration tasksAssist with global training delivery concernsIdentify and research new technologies and learning processes to maintain Client best-in-class training experience Details: Experience Required2 - 5 years of relevant experience in a coordination role including: Field Communication Systems Administration SharePoint ExpertiseTraining CoordinationSharePointExperience PreferredAdditional experience preferred but not required includes: Automotive Technical Expertise including: Vehicle Systems Tools and Equipment Technical TrainingEducation RequiredHigh School Diploma / GED**Listed salary ranges may vary based on experience qualifications and local market.
