General Purpose: Partnering closely with the Director, Client Practice Group, this role is responsible for developing and implementing the enablement strategy that equips the assigned functional group to succeed as they support revenue growth. The Strategist ensures learning is tailored and impactful-grounded in adult learning best practices and personalized by role and level. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Alignment: Translates market insights and Director-level objectives into targeted learning solutions. Journey Architecture: Develops comprehensive learning journeys that blend in-person, virtual, and self-paced delivery methods. Consultative Partnership: Serves as a consultative partner to segment leaders, providing expertise on enablement strategy. Collaboration: Partners with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Communications Specialists to ensure a clear, timely rollout of initiatives. Measurement: Defines clear metrics to evaluate the impact of programs on capability and business outcomes. Ideal Candidate Profile: Experience: 4-7 years in a sales, learning, and/or development role. Strategy Focus: Strong foundation in instructional design and adult learning principles applied to sales and design learning. Consultative Skills: Skilled at consulting with leaders and aligning learning strategies to business objectives. Who We Hire?
