Property Management, Inc. (PMI) has a rare opportunity for a motivated individual looking to join a growing company as an employee owner. PMI manages over $4 billion of real estate assets and has over 30,000 customers and 360 clients. We are currently searching for a full-time Leasing Agent to join our team in State College. This position will be the heartbeat of our communities in State College. A PA Real Estate License is preferred, but not required. If you don't have one, we will pay for you to get one! Rate: $18-$22 per hour.
Hours: Monday through Thursday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Friday 8:00am - 2:30pm.

Role and Responsibilities:
- Provide tours of rental properties to prospects.
- Follow up by telephone and email to prospects.
- Assist in Leasing Events.
- Daily customer service with our residents - work order requests, communications, etc.
- Various data entry.
- Answer Phones.
- Property Inspections.
- Prior experience in the multi-family housing industry is a plus but not required.
- PA Real Estate License is a plus but not required.
- Excellent customer service and sales skills.
- Valid PA Drivers License and reliable, insured transportation.
- High School Diploma/GED
