Leasing Assistant

Support Occupancy Growth and Create Welcoming Experiences at Pomeroy Living!
Pomeroy Living Rochester Independent is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Leasing Assistant to join our team. You will play a crucial role in supporting the Leasing Director in driving occupancy growth by managing the admissions process, cultivating referral sources, and providing exceptional tours to prospective residents and their families.
Responsibilities:
  • Admissions Process Support:
    • Assist in managing the admissions process to ensure a smooth and positive experience for residents and their families.
    • Prepare and organize admission paperwork and documentation.
    • Assist with the resident move-in process, ensuring a seamless transition.
  • Referral Source Management:
    • Maintain and develop relationships with referral sources, providing information and marketing materials as needed.
    • Assist in scheduling and coordinating presentations for referral sources.
    • Maintain accurate records of referral source interactions.
  • Community Tours & Lead Management:
    • Conduct engaging and informative tours of the community for prospective residents and their families.
    • Answer inquiries about the community's services, amenities, and pricing.
    • Maintain and update the community's lead database with accurate and timely information.
    • Follow up with leads in a timely and professional manner.
  • Marketing & Outreach Support:
    • Assist the Leasing Director in the development and implementation of marketing strategies, public relations, advertising, and outreach programs.
Qualifications:
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Highly professional and dependable with a strong work ethic.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate after-hours tours and events.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with CRM software is a plus.
