We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Leasing Consultant to join our dynamic team in the Real Estate/Property Management industry. As a Leasing Consultant you will be responsible for leasing vacant units maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and contributing to the overall success of our property management team. If you have a passion for sales excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.ResponsibilitiesLeasing vacant units to prospective tenants ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and meeting or exceeding sales targetsConducting property tours showcasing the features and amenities of our propertiesResponding to inquiries addressing concerns and providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholdersMaintaining accurate and up-to-date records of leasing activities including applications leases and rent paymentsCollaborating with the property management team to ensure a smooth leasing process and resolve any issues that may ariseStaying up-to-date with market trends competitor activity and industry developments to ensure our properties remain competitiveRequirements:1-2 years of experience in leasing or sales preferably in the Real Estate/Property Management industryHigh school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g. business marketing) preferredExcellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment prioritize tasks and meet deadlinesStrong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail and accuracyProficiency in property management software and technology with a willingness to learn and adapt to new systemsAvailability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends as neededSalary: $18-20 per hour depending on experience and qualifications#RecruitRequired Skills:may be adjusted based on the candidates experience and qualifications.
