The Leasing Professional reports directly to the Tampa Asset Manager and is expected to make sales teamwork and customer service their top priority. We work hard to maintain our commitment and strive to exceed expectations every step of the way.This position will be based out of our Tampa Office at 400 N Ashley Dr. Tampa FL 33602.*Local travel throughout Pinellas and Hillsborough counties and neighboring areas for showings and other job responsibilities is required. Travel to Atriums Corporate HQ in Orlando for training will be discussed during the interview process.Pay: $35000 - $42000 Base Salary CommissionsKey ResponsibilitiesMaintain daily traffic logs phone logs and follow-up via Appfolio softwareHave complete knowledge of the real estate market and competition in the areaDemonstrate amenities apartment homes pricing and close leasesMarketing Description and PicturesSend Owner the Link to Newly Posted PropertyMaintain an acceptable closing ratio as directed by Property ManagerGreet customers and tour homes/ communities while listening to and focusing on customers preferencesSend New Leases and Renewal Leases HOASend New Leases to Owners and ResidentsProcess incoming lease applications run credit verifications track all prospective tenants and follow up on all leadsGenerate prospect traffic through marketing efforts: community outreach resident referrals and property toursPrepare lease documentation and conduct lease signingsMinimize vacancy loss by securing leases within 5 business days of move-outCoordinate all move-ins move-outs and transfers to achieve maximum occupancy and resident retentionHandle or assist in lease renewalsShop the competition and assist with preparation of leasing reports and sales and marketing plansAssist Property Manager in achieving net operating income and occupancy goalsAct in accordance with all fair housing lawsWhat Were Looking ForExperience: Real estate industry and/or customer service or sales background within luxury goods or services such as car sales travel advertising furniture or any high-end retailer is strongly preferred.Skills: Strong customer service sales and communication skills. Computer savvy - experience with property management software is a plus!Mindset: Self-disciplined positive energetic and resourceful hands-on adaptable and dependable. Team oriented but able to work independently.Education: High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)Bi-lingual (Spanish-speaking) candidates are highly encouraged to apply!RequirementsFlorida Real Estate License (required un-expired license in-hand)Reliable transportationFlexible Schedule.
