This course focuses on developing teacher candidates advanced understandings of learning theory and instructional practice in technology-integrated and inclusive elementary classrooms. Specifically candidates develop their knowledge and skills related to inclusive unit planning formative and summative literacy assessment and classroom management.Minimum qualifications:A masters degree in education curriculum & instruction elementary literacy or a closely related field.Per California State Universitys Out-of-State Employment Policy the CSU is prohibited from hiring employees to perform CSU-related work outside California.
