Food Science and Nutrition program. Duties will include teaching one or more undergraduate lecture and/or lecture/lab courses for the Fall 2025 semester.Lecturer-Pool faculty are term positions hired to teach one to four courses per semester. Lecturer-Pool faculty hiring is based on student demand, and on a semester-by-semester basis.Educational Requirements for the Position:Applicants must have at least an earned Master’s degree in Nutrition, Food Science, Dietetics, or a closely related field of study. A minimum of 18 graduate semester hours within the discipline are required.Experience Required for the Position:Applicants who are Registered Dietitians (R.D.) accredited by the Commission of Dietetic Registration are preferred.Other Requirements for the Position:Preferred qualifications include experience in dietetic practice and teaching at the college level.
