LEER - Base Painter 3rd at LEER Group

SUMMARY OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- To paint 50-60 caps/average daily and maintain the highest quality in basecoat and clearcoat booths. This person must be able to wear a fresh air hood and paint suit, withstand 85-95 degrees for long periods of time and maintain paint equipment such as a clearcoat pump and paint gun(s).

QUALIFICATIONS - To perform this job successfully, the individuals must be qualified of the knowledge, skill and ability listed below: • Strong concern for producing quality results • Can work well in a team environment as a (3) person team in the paint booth. • Good hand-eye coordination • Ability to read and understand written instructions in English and read Paint code on ticket and paint cup. • Willing to cross train within area.
