Job Details

Experience:

  • Entry level Admin, ideally at a mid-size law firm, where you support the general office admin including file clerk responsibilities, back-up receptionist, and some legal admin/assistant tasks
  • Strong passion to learn and grow in the legal field
  • Okay to handle any task, including opening files, making coffee, etc
  • Strong written and verbal communication; team player but also be able to work independently
  • Ability to meet deadlines and superior client service skills

  • Eager to learn
  • Maintain confidential records
  • If you have the background, can also include legal assistant responsibilities
