This role offers strong potential for growth for those who are curious driven and committed to excellence.What Youll DoReview online civil case dockets and documents to identify analyze and record expert witness activityConduct legal research using free and fee-based databases to summarize organize and assemble facts from pleadings filings and other docket materialsApply your knowledge of civil litigation and legal research platforms such as Westlaw Bloomberg Law or LexisNexisRetrieve key legal documents including dockets motions affidavits court orders subpoenas depositions and jury verdictsSet up and monitor current awareness tools and docket alerts to track new developments for our clientsCollaborate with management to ensure deadlines are met and deliverables maintain exceptional qualityQualifications : A strong interest in legal research litigation and data-driven analysisExcellent attention to detail and the ability to analyze complex informationStrong written communication skills and the ability to present findings clearlyA proactive self-motivated mindset with the ability to work both independently and collaborativelyComfort managing multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentNot Required but Preferred: A bachelors degreeideally in legal studies political science business law criminal justice or a related research-heavy fieldExperience using legal research databases (Westlaw Bloomberg Law LexisNexis or similar)Professional experience working in a law firm law department or law industryAdditional Information : All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.Remote Work : NoEmployment Type : Full-time Key Skills IT Desktop Support,Flight Operations,Customer Care,Farming,Fire And Gas Experience: years Vacancy: 1
