This position is fully remote and a one-year contract. Our client is seeking a highly strategic and execution-focused Legal & Policy Sourcer to own passive candidate sourcing for critical Legal Policy and Government Affairs hiring. This role is fully dedicated to proactive talent identification market intelligence and long-term pipeline development across highly competitive legal and regulatory talent markets.This position requires deep familiarity with legal and policy candidate ecosystems exceptional outreach skills and strong sourcing operations discipline.
