Job Description
Duties can include: Assist attorneys in all phases of litigation including drafting legal documents pleadings and discovery requests as well as filing/efiling with the courts. Prepare correspondence and legal documents templates File and organize case documents both electronically and physically Maintain document management systems and ensure accurate and timely filing of documents Prepare trial binders and exhibits for court appearances Coordinate with clients opposing counsel and court personnel as needed Provide administrative support such as scheduling appointments managing calendars and answering phone calls Requirements: Previous experience as a litigation legal assistant supporting multiple attorneys Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems Excellent written and verbal communication skills Attention to detail and strong proofreading abilities Key Skills Clerical,Aerospace Engineering,Catering,Computer Software,Factory Employment Type : Full Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
