ABR has partnered with a law firm in Sparta and La Crosse areas and we are looking for a full-time Legal Assistant/Paralegal. This is an award-winning firm with competitive salary and benefits.
Wage: $18-24 per hour based on experience
Schedule: 8a.m. to 5p.m. Monday through Friday

As a Legal Assistant, you'll collaborate with our attorneys on a variety of tasks, including:
- Utilizing word processing software (Microsoft Office Suite)
- Answering phone calls and providing exceptional client service
- Communicating directly with clients
- Drafting and preparing correspondence, pleadings, and contracts
- Organizing and maintaining documents and client files
- Assisting attorneys with client preparation and legal research
- Supporting the preparation, filing, and service of legal pleadings
- Legal experience required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills and time management
- Positive, proactive attitude with enthusiasm to contribute
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to quickly learn and adopt new software tools
- Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple assignments
