Job Details
This role supports attorneys in a plaintiff-side personal injury practice and plays a key role in keeping cases moving efficiently. The Legal Assistant will handle administrative and case-related tasks, communicate with clients and outside parties, and help manage files from intake through resolution.
Responsibilities include:
Assisting attorneys with day-to-day case management
Drafting and formatting correspondence and legal documents
Managing calendars, deadlines, and scheduling
Organizing files, records, and discovery materials
Communicating with clients, medical providers, and insurance carriers
Supporting litigation and settlement preparation as needed
