Essential Functions:Identify and correct spelling grammar and verbiage errors in attorney invoices.Detect formatting and compositional errors.Follow attorney / client specific instructions regarding edits and corrections to invoicesUtilize automated review process if applicableMaintain a daily working knowledge and mastery of attorney / client guidelines as they pertain to NEPResearch and resolve inquiries and problemsAct as a backup to team members and be proactive in assisting others to ensure deadlines are met.Perform other responsibilities and ad hoc tasks as assignedQualifications:Specific Technical Skills:Intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Office software specifically Word and ExcelStrong writing and grammatical skills requiredPerformance Traits: Meticulous attention to detail quality and accuracy in execution of tasksProven customer service skills are required to create maintain and enhance customer relationshipsDemonstrated self-starter with the desire to show ownership and commitment to the job.Strong organizational and prioritization skills; driven to meet deadlinesAbility to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a teamEducation/Training/Certifications: Associate degree preferred.
